Tribal Utilities

The Menominee Tribal Utility Department shall manage, operate and maintain utility systems of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, defined by Tribal Ordinance No. 96-28. The department shall abide by the polices and procedures and operate within the limits of the department budget. The department shall also perform other duties as assigned by the Menominee Tribal Legislature, Chairperson, Tribal Administrator and the Community Development Committee.

Online Water, Sewer and Electricity Payments
Tribal Utility Customers can now use this payment portal link to pay utility bills:

When entering the payment portal link you will be requested to provide the Payment Information, this section should pertain to the account for which you are paying. Please add the name of the account holder, the account number, and in the notes section add the physical address fire number for that utility service to ensure your payment is being credited to the correct account in the absence of the correct name or account number. Also in the notes section please add the type of payment you are making whether it be sewer, water, electric or sewer and water together with the amount paid to each. The Payment Amount section is where you should add the amount you would like to pay. Sewer and water payment can be made together and a breakdown of the amount for each should be provided in the notes section. Electric payments must be done individually in a separate transaction and cannot be combined with the sewer and water payments in one transaction. The Billing Information section should be completed using the person who is named on the debit or credit card and the information listed on the debit or credit card, which may differ from the individual who is the account holder.
