Stand with the Menominee Nation in the Fight Against Approval of Aquila Resources, Inc. Back 40 Mine Permit!!!!

This event is designed as a peaceful gathering to remember our ancestors that remain in the ground within the footprint of the proposed mine. The gathering will take place 100 yards north of the Aquila Resources field office at N9373 River Road, Stephenson, MI.

The Menominee Indian Tribe has arranged for transportation to begin loading in the South Parking lot of the Menominee Casino Resort, Keshena, WI on Septmeber 22 at 8:00 am with a scheduled 8:30 am departure to Stephenson, MI.
If you require transportation, please register each individual under Transportation option. We have seating to accommodate 145 people who register. If you plan to attend the event, but will bring your own vehicle, please register under the attendance option.
