Intense heat today and Tuesday - Cooling center locations

Posoh Everyone, Please see the attached NWS Green Bay briefing packet regarding the intense heat today and Tuesday. It will turn a little cooler Wednesday and Thursday, but temperatures are expected to remain several degrees above normal This update pertains to the NWS Green Bay service area of north-central and northeast Wisconsin. Bottom Line Up Front · Heat: o The heat will peak today and Tuesday (7/13-7/14), with highs at many locations in the 90s to around 100°F. o The expected humidity levels and forecast temperatures should result in maximum heat indices of 95°F to 105°F both days. o The intense heat may cause heat-related impacts beginning today and continuing into Wednesday.
