Bottom Line Up Front
· Heat:
o Increasing heat and humidity will result in potential for 90°+ days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and potentially Thursday.
o Heat indices are forecast to climb into the mid to upper 90s Wednesday afternoon, with several locations possibly exceeding 100°.
o Widespread moderate to major heat-related impacts are expected Wednesday.
· Severe Storm Potential:
o Slight (2/5) to enhanced (3/5) risk for severe weather Wednesday afternoon into Wednesday evening.
o All severe weather hazards will be possible.
