Higher Education: Students seeking an undergraduate Bachelor's Degree. Adult Vocational Training: Students seeking an A. A. Degree, a Certificate or Diploma at a technical college. For both of these grant programs, staff provides help with admissions and financial aid forms and does the following: Processing BIA(Tribal) grants for eligible students. Financial Aid Award/grant follow-up. Career Counseling. Computerized Scholarship Search.
