- Drug testing is a requirement for eligibility for all applicants.
- Random testing will occur at a minimum of once every twelve (12) months to ensure compliance.
- Applicants with positive tests resulting will be required to participate in substance abuse
assessment, attend recommended counseling sessions, and/or enroll in a rehabilitation program.

- All school age children are REQUIRED to attend school full time.
- Enrollment and current grade status is required quarterly.
- Periodic checks will be made to make sure the child is attending school.
