The Youth Service Program Menominee provides services to youth between the ages of 14 to 21 on a year round basis.
Among the activities that we offer:
- Improve higher education planning for High School students.
- Subsidized employment activities.
- Coordination of employment activities for academic credit.
- Academic camps in the summer or during school breaks.
Employment Programs for youth are conducted throughout the year. This would include the After School Program and
Summer Program. The Summer Program employs eligible youth through the summer months. Job placements are within the
service area. This gives the participants the opportunity to participate in an actual work environment, in order to
explore, experience, and gain knowledge that will be pertinent to their future in the labor force.
