menominee indian tribe of wisconsin eagles nest - goals
The goal of the Eagle's Nest Emergency Shelter is to provide residents (children, youth and adults) the opportunity to access the necessary services to move them out of their current homeless situation into a self-sustaining lifestyle. This goal is accomplished by providing our residents with case management services and service provider referrals for education, employment, food, housing, AODA, mental health, medical, W-2, WIC and GAP services.

The Eagle's Nest Emergency Shelter has a "Zero Tolerance" for any alcohol and/or drugs which supports our philosophy of providing a safe, clean and sanitary place to stay. Anyone entering the shelter or on shelter property suspected of alcohol and/or drug usage will be immediately asked to leave shelter property. Our philosophy promotes the health and well-being of people and in helping people to become more self-sufficient; preventing dependency and strengthening family and individual relationships.
