The Menominee Aging Division operates the 15 bed Wolf River Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) in Middle Village. The facility is home to Menominee Elders who are unable to remain independent in their own homes, but do need the skilled care of a nursing home. Room and board includes: Three delicious home cooked meals daily, plus snacks. Special dietary requirements are also accommodated. Laundry services. Personal care is provided for residents who need assistance with bathing and dressing, grooming, toileting, etc. Leisure activities are provided on a daily basis. Medication management is available as needed. Trained & State Certified Staff is on site 24 hours per day with a Registered Nurse on site Monday through Friday.
