| Dental coverage is paid for through a dental program administered by Delta Dental. Dental coverage includes 100% payment for checkups and cleanings and 80% for repair work, root canals, periodontal services and oral surgery. Maximum benefit per person per year is $1200. There is 50% coverage for bridges, crowns or dentures. There is a $2,000 lifetime maximum for orthodontia for dependent children only, which is paid at 50% per month up to $750 per year. No deductible. This is an employer paid benefit. |
