Mission Statement To keep the membership rolls of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin as accurate and up to date as possible.
Department Overview Welcome to the Menominee Enrollment Office's Home Page. This office manages the official roll of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin. The Enrollment Office assists the Enrollment Committee in processing membership applications. In order to become a member of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, one must meet the requirement of 1/4 Menominee blood. For those who do not meet the 1/4 degree Menominee blood requirement, there is the Ancillary Roll which 1st and 2nd descendants can request, via application registration. The Enrollment Office also processes Certification of Indian Degree Blood documents.
