Mission Statement
To provide judicial services on the Menominee Indian reservation through the adjudication of matters that fall within the jurisdiction of the court.
 
Department Overview
The Menominee Tribal Court is a court of general jurisdiction with appellate review operating under the authority of the Menominee Tribal Constitution and By-laws as a separate and equal branch of the Tribal Government. The Menominee Tribal Court provides judicial services to the Menominee Indian Reservation.
