The Menominee Victim Witness Service is here to help you work through the difficult time, to inform you of your
rights as a victim of crime, and to assist you with the court process. We work with all age groups. However, a
crime victim compensation application must be signed by the victim or the parent or guardian if the victim is under
18 years of ages. The Victim Witness Service cooperates with the law enforcement and participates in the criminal
justice system that is essential to making the Menominee Indian Reservation a safer place for everyone.
