Formed in 1992, under the late Menominee Tribal Chairman Glen Miller, the Menominee Tribal Gaming Commission has worked to consistently and effectively regulate the Menominee Gaming Operation. The goal of the Gaming Commission is to act as an arm of the Tribal Government, established for the exclusive purpose of regulating the gaming operation on behalf of the tribe.

The Menominee Tribal Gaming commission provides a service to the Menominee Nation through ensuring integrity, security, honesty, and fairness of the operation and administration of gaming and the ancillary activities of the gaming operation and to protect Menominee Nation's assets as well as the integrity of gaming.
