Department Overview The Menominee Conservation Department was initially setup as a law enforcement entity to enforce federal laws pertaining to trespass under 18 USC 1165. With new tribal laws and needs, this department evolved into a more conventional conservation department with a small team of fish and wildlife professionals along with a team of trained and certified law enforcement personnel. |
