Leasing Office Space
You can lease your office at the Menominee business Center by taking the following steps:
- Call for information
- Complete a tenant needs assessment
- Finalize your business plan
- Provide proof of insurance
- Sign a lease
- Prepare to pay the first month's rent and a security deposit
- Schedule a move-in date

Don't Need to Lease Space?
Call and ask for information that will allow you new business to use the Center's services
even though you may not need to lease space just now.
For a monthly fee of $50.00, your business will have access to our common office which is
equipped with two desks, a computer and printer with scanner and miscellaneous office supplies,
including an extensive reference library.
Your business will also have a street address for UPS deliver and pickup, mail delivery, computer
access, secretarial support, photocopying and fax services - all the services a startup
business needs.
