You can file this tax exemption certificate with any company you purchase goods/services from if (a) you are a member of the Menominee Indian Tribe, (b) those goods/services are delivered to the Menominee Indian Reservation, and (c) you live on the Menominee Indian Reservation. Members of the Tribe who reside on the Menominee Indian Reservation and are receiving Frontier Communications phone/internet services are encouraged to look at their phone bills to see if they are paying Wisconsin Sales Taxes.
