  To keep the membership rolls of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin as accurate and up to date as possible.  
     
  Department Overview       
  Welcome to the Menominee Enrollment Office’s Home Page. This Office Manages the Official roll of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin. The Enrollment Office assists the Enrollment Committee in processing membership applications. In order to become a member of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, one must meet the requirement of 1/4 Menominee blood. For those who do not meet the 1/4 degree Menominee blood requirement, there is the Descendant Register which 1st and 2nd descendants can request, via application registration. The Enrollment Office also processes Certification of Indian Degree Blood documents.

SERVICE AREA DESCRIPTION
   
Certificates of Indian Blood (CIB) Provides verification of Menominee blood quantum for enrolled members, 1st, and 2nd generation decendants.
   
Descendant Register Maintains the Descendant Register of the Menominee Indian Tribe for those individuals who lack sufficient blood quantum to qualify for inclusion on the official tribal roll, who is a 1st or 2nd degree descendant of an enrolled Menominee Tribal Member, and whose blood quantum is at least 1/16th or greater in accordance with Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin Code Chapter 46.
   
Genealogical Research/Family Tree Development Conducts genealogical research and family tree development at the request of individuals who are researching their Menominee ancestry. This research is conducted by the department for a fee and as time permits.
   
Official Tribal Roll Maintains the official Tribal Roll of those individuals whose Menominee blood quantum is 1/4 degree or greater in accordance with the Menominee Tribal Constitution & Bylaws and Menominee indian Tribe of Wisconsin Code Chapter 69.
Payment Distributions Coordinates the disbursement of stumpage, excess profits, and/or any other source made to or by the Menominee Indian Tribe and which is distributed by the Tribal government to Tribal members as outline in the Monetary Distribution Policy. Payments for minors are placed into a trust account established and maintained by the Tribe.
